How to Muscle Test and Relieve Allergy Symptoms

I have been planning this video blog for awhile now. I actually intended to post it much earlier, but circumstances would not allow for it. So here we are at my blog's 100th post, and I am entirely veering away from my usual style.

If you are new here, know that my blog is not a health blog. Usually, it resembles a diary. Lately, I write almost exclusively about my journey to healing and what God is teaching me along the way. If you are interested in learning more about my illness, I suggest reading here, here and here

Making the videos was not easy. When we first began, I had difficulty keeping myself from giggling idiotically. Then, I made several frustrating mistakes. In some cuts, I plague the camera with nervous tics and verbal dyslexia. It was a mess! My attempts to order my thoughts and overcome my nervousness make my manner come across as cold and aloof. Oh, well! These were the best takes recorded before I ran out of patience and energy. The first video covers the topic of muscle testing and the second covers BioSET treatments. I hope the information, if not my sparkling on-camera personality (HA!), helps and blesses you and your families.

Disclaimer: This information is not to be used as a substitute for professional medical care, especially during cases of emergency. Practitioners trained in the BioSET system can be located throughout the country. I highly recommend locating a practitioner near you!
  `
Acknowledgments: Dr. Ellen Cutler, Dr. Carolyne Yakaboski and Dr. Melisa Kuehn. Dr. Yakaboski of West Monroe, Louisiana will be teaching a BioSET class coming soon! Please comment if you would like to receive more information concerning the class!

Special thanks goes to my husband, Brandon Keaster (aka Superman), who filmed the video, held my notes and performed the muscle testing and BioSET treatments.

Good videos!! I am so facinated by this. I had heard of muscle or "lean" testing before. I'd love for you to share more of what you have learned!

That leaning test is a newer style of muscle testing that I have not seen before. It looks like a good way to do muscle testing at home.

Hi! I found you via mygutsy.com's facebook page. These videos are great! I tinkered with your third method (stand & hold) this morning, and still can't believe that it worked! Even when I tried to outsmart it! Do you recommend any books or websites that go into the science behind muscle testing/BioSET? I'll be heading to the library today to check out Dr. Cutler's book, but would love to read more!

PS, I think your on-camera personality was lovely! (your hair is super cute, too!)

Hi Maria! Thank you so much! Encouragement is always welcome here! :) The only books I've read which concerns muscle testing is "The Food Allergy Cure." My doctors helped me fill in the gaps. I have learned much from them and practice. If I stumble upon any other good resources, I will try to let you know. Thanks for reading, and I'm glad it was helpful for you!

Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos! I've seen this done before, but wasn't ever sure how to do it myself. I've been testing myself on everything in my kitchen and medicine cabinet! :) One question for you though- how do you test your children? I remember you mentioning using this on your infant... We have a 5 year old who could really benefit from this!

Hi Sunny! I'm glad you were helped by the videos. Muscle testing has been my lifeline. When I muscle test my 4 year old son, I either have him do the method with the fingers in a circle or I do the sway test while holding his hand or touching some other part of his body. I ask, "is _____ safe and tolerable for Micah's body?" Let me know if that isn't clear. If not, I will try to get to a kid's video soon. :)

One more thing. When I do the sway test FOR my son, it is my body that sways forward or backward, but because I have contact with his body, it's his body telling me what is safe and what isn't.

I accidentally hit the delete button instead of the publish button when checking your comment on my IPod. Please forgive my clumsy thumbs, and know that I am THRILLED these videos are serving you and your family!!!

Ok, I was watching the first video with interest, wanting to test the first two methods, but didn't have anyone around. Then I watched the third, and I have to be honest, I thought it was malarky! But, being the person that I am, I had to try it. I've been blood tested for food sensitivities, so I didn't have much of anything bad for me around. But, I grabbed my bottle of Vitamin D, and I couldn't believe how this test worked! I was floored! I continued to test other supplements I have in my cabinet, and they were all "yes" good for me, effective, etc. So, then I began to doubt, thinking maybe I'm influencing the test. That's when I grabbed a new supplement that I just got in, and it wasn't from my usual source, my Dr's. office. Low and behold, I leaned back this time!! And it was something that I could absolutely not control, I was amazed. Then I spotted a bottle of Vitamin C (I blood tested sensitive to all citrus) and that was a definite "no" with your test as well. This is just crazy!! Thank you so much for sharing! And, I think you did a great job presenting this!

Thank you, Jayne! I totally understand. When I first started getting into all of this stuff, I thought it was all very cuckoo, but it has saved my life, prevented other life threatening events and has helped make life liveable. I've recently been so sick that I've had to muscle test everything before I eat it. Testing everything can get to be a chore, but without it I would have just gotten worse. So I'm thankful to know it and share it! I'm glad the information was positive for you!

I just got diagnosed with H pylori, and came across your blog for food tests. No one around to try the first methods, so I did the swaying method. I was surprised! I didn't think it would actually work! Thank you, be interesting to learn more. My husband is going to think I'm a quack at first. Thanks for your blog.

@bluetulip21--I do hope to post a follow up video in the near(ish)future. That first one was a bit of trouble for us, so I need to come up with a more efficient method. :) Anyway, yes--I completely understand. It's so surreal the first few times you do this, but I have come to depend on it for my safety. Your husband may think you are a bit of a quack (mine still does sometimes even though he has seen it in action and has used it for himself), but no one can deny results! Best wishes!

Hi, Melissa.
I am so thankful for these videos you shared. I was crying out to God for hope two nights ago. These videos have given my 10 year old daughter and I renewed hope. DD didn't want to do the muscle testing in the beginning when I told her what it was all about, but after the first test she wanted to test everything. And we did. :-) Once she understood it didn't involve needles in her back and could help her determine what foods she shouldn't be eating she was all in. Thank you, thank you!! God bless you and your family.

Hi Melisa, Great videos, very clear, thank you! I have a question about the bioset fix for honey. Can the bioset remove food allergies? Or just with a food allergy that you've worked on...? Does it work for a more severe allergy, say peanuts? Or white bread? (I live in hope ;) I have Dr. Cutler's book in my Amazon cart, looking forward to reading it. Thank you again.
